Virgo Baking powder when used in dough forms the best velvety texture, volume, and lightness.
Use 10g of Virgo baking powder for 450g of flour. Mix thoroughly with the flour in a dry state by sifting the flour and baking powder together two or three times. The ready dough should immediately be put in the oven. Keep the lid tightly closed.
