Sesame oil, Guduchi, Cow Milk, Lotus oil, Lemongrass, Water
How to Use:
Take some oil, apply it all over the body, and massage gently. (You may warm the oil before use for relaxation).
Use downwards strokes on limbs, and clockwise strokes on the abdomen, and follow the direction of muscles on the chest and back.
Ensure that oil gets absorbed completely.
