Take the decoction before or after meals
Adults can have 5-10gm of the powder per day
Children below 5 years can have 1-2gm of the herbal powder per day
Children between 5-12 years can have 5gm of the supplement per day
Take the supplement along with honey, milk or warm water for effective results
