Heat non-dairy milk, Open the Vegan Yogurt Culture Capsule & add the content in the milk. Allow the mixture to come down to room temperature. Ferment at room temperature & refrigerate. Enjoy delicious Vegan Yogurt.
Add a little bit of sugar, (although optional for Rice & Cashew milk) may help promotes the fermentation process and improve the flavor
