Each 15-milliliter dose contains 325 milligrams of acetaminophen to reduce fever, 10 milligrams of dextromethorphan HBr to suppress cough, and 5 milligrams of phenylephrine HCl to reduce nasal congestion. Previously known as Tylenol Cold Max, this flu medicine for adults also helps relieve minor aches and pains, headache, sore throat, and sinus congestion and pressure. Designed for daytime use, the non-drowsy cold medicine features a Citrus Burst flavor.
