Dried red chillies are cleaned and make into flakes, garlic cloves are de-skinned and made into a paste using good quality rock salt and blended till they become into a uniform texture.

How to use:
Can be eaten with rice and ghee. Mixed with curd forms a tasty chutney can be had with idly, dosa, poori etc., Can also be added to curries to enhance the taste and texture. Can be used as a topping for pizzas, crate instant garlic bread.
