Each sachet comes in 24 grams. One sachet of Guloochyadi Kashayam is recommended for one-time use. Cut open one sachet, empty the contents to 200ml, stir well, and boil on low flame for 10 minutes. This kashayam can be taken in warm consistency twice daily on an empty stomach, before breakfast and dinner, or as suggested by the expert.
