Directions:
Fry two grated onions in three table spoon of oil till golden brown.
Add paste (by mixing three tea spoon Roopak Shahi Paneer Masala in half cup of water) to onions, stir for two minutes.
Add one cup tomato puree Cook till the oil separates from masala.
Add one cup of fresh cream and 200 gm diced cottage cheese.
Stir for two minutes. Serve hot with bread. Sprinkle Roopak Shahi Garam Masala for flavour, taste and aroma.
