Iodised salt, mint, salt black, black pepper, cumin, red chillies, black cumin
Directions:
Boil beetroot, peel, cool & dice it into small pieces say one cm.
Beat yoghurt to a smooth consistency.
Mix chopped beetroot with yoghurt.
Add Roopak Pudina Raita Masala according to taste.
Mix well and serve chilled.
You can use pudina (mint) Raita for cucumber Raita, potato, raita or lauki (bottle gaurd) raita also.
