Nilavembu Kudineer contains nine ingredients mixed in equal proportion in powdered form. These are:

Vilamichai Ver
Vetiver
Chukku
Milagu
Korai Kizhangu
Santanam
Peyputtal
Parpadagam
Directions For Use:
Boil 2 To 3 Teaspoons (Around 10 Grams) of powder with 240 ml of water until the decoction is reduced to 60 ml.
Since the taste of the decoction is bitter, you can add honey or palm jaggery to it.
Usage: 30 ml for Children, 60 ml for Adults; take twice daily before food or as directed by an expert
