Ingredients: Semolina (Suji), Cottonseed Oil, Iodized Salt, Sugar, Black Gram Dal (Urad Dal), Onion, Mustard, Green Chilli, Cumin, Curry Leaf, Lemon Powder
Instructions:
In a medium size vessel, boil 2 ½ Cups (650 ml) of water with 2 tbsp Ghee.
Add the entire contents of the Upma Mix & bring to a boil Simmer on medium heat for 4 – 5 mins or till the Upma starts to thicken. Keep stirring continuously.
Stop cooking & garnish with chopped coriander leaves & a squeeze of lemon.
