Moon Juice Sleepy Magnesi-Om supports sleep without the hangover, unlike higher-dose melatonin (1–5mg) that leaves you groggy.* Our 0.3 mg microdose of plant-based melatonin, extracted from organically grown alfalfa and chlorella, decreases duration to fall asleep.* Chelated, non-laxative magnesium glycinate and gluconate support the body’s stress response and relaxation.* L-theanine supports sleep quality.* This melatonin and magnesium sleep supplement instantly dissolves in water. Tastes like organic cherries, zero sugar.
NO MELATONIN FLOOD: Higher-dose supplements with 1–5mg of melatonin put your body out of the natural range, flooding blood receptors and generating up to 100x more melatonin in your blood, which causes grogginess the next day. Sleepy Magnesi-Om uses a 0.3mg microdose to keep you in the natural range—no hangover.
HOW TO USE: Mix 1 stick pack in water before bed as needed. This magnesium and melatonin powder for sleep is great for travel, shift work, and nights you have trouble falling asleep.
