Organic white sugar is obtained from freshly squeezed, evaporated and crystallized sugar cane juice. It is harvested to retain every ounce of its sweetness. Organic white sugar is made in crusher by crushing sugar cane to obtain juice and boiling this juice to remove water and molasses to make unrefined raw sugar. Sugar (sucrose) is a natural combination of fructose and glucose.
