Ingredients:
Groundnut, Yellow corn, Roasted Gram, Chickpeas, Horse Gram, Green gram, Wheat, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Foxtail Millet, Barnyard Millet, Finger Millet, Pearl Millet, Proso Millet, Red Rice, Parboiled rice, Sago, Cardamom, Almonds, Pista, Cashews, Dry Ginger, Soya beans, Ashwagandha (Winter Cherry herb).
Preparation:
- 1. Mix 2 tsp (20 gm) of Magic Beans Multi-Grain Health Mix in 100 ml of water removing any lumps.
- 2. Add to this 150 ml of water and place the mix on the stove and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add salt or jaggery for taste.
- 4. Relish the healthy energy drink.
- 5. NOTE: Add milk to the porridge instead of water as an alternative
