For every half-cup (40 gm) of super grains oats, add one full cup (200 ml) of water into a pan (for the stove) or bowl (for microwave)
Allow cooking on stove/microwave on high power for 3 minutes with occasional stirring
Mix well and serve hot
Garnish as per choice
