Take 1 spoon or 2 grams of loose tea in 200 ml of boiling water and let it rest for 5 minutes. Strain and drink the cup with any of your meals. Consume 2 grams per day on a daily basis. (Take one spoon (2 grams) of the Drink Mix in lukewarm water (100 ml of water) at the end you can be grained with frother.)
