Measure: For 1 cup of Eco Jivan’s Little Millet Idli mix, you need 1 ½ cup of water
Add water to Eco Jivan’s little millet idli mix as instructed.
Mix the batter well so as to remove the lumps.
Grease the idli moulds with oil/ghee, pour batter on each mould. Make sure the batter is filled only up to 3/4th capacity of each mould.
Boil it for 15-20 minutes on medium flame.
Allow the Idli to cool for 5mins before removing it. Serve it with Chutney (coconut or peanut) and Sambar for enjoying our delicious healthy millet Idli.
