Add 1/2 cup measure thick curd and ½ cup measure water to 1 cup measure of idli mix. Mix it well. Keep the batter aside for 10 mins.
Meanwhile, grease the idli molds with some oil or ghee.
Pour the batter in the idli molds and cook in idli steamer for 10 mins.
