Directions for use: Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Add 15ml of water to 15ml of Amarantha Herbal Mouthwash, rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, and spit it out. Use twice a day after brushing teeth with toothpaste. Do not swallow the rinse.
